to be fair, if they ran the ammendments in a funny animated cartoon, 4 times a day on syndicated tv for the past 14 years i think a few of them would sink in
I doubt it really means much, I can’t claim to know the names of all Israel’s presidents definitely not those who were assembled to announce the creation of Israel (closest thing to founding fathers). And I wonder how many Jordanians know the list of all prime ministers? Or the equivalent to founding fathers?
It’s just a general tendency in the world not to bother remembering some things which are not directly affecting your life. Such statistics come up all the time all over the place, I don’t think they mean much.
Well excuse me Riz, but my post is actually under the “funny” category. But if you’re in for seriousness and drawing conclusions, then it’s such a shame Americans, citizens of the first World country, which is now, after bragging for long decades about it’s so called freedom, trying to expand its “American dream” to the rest of the Wordl, its citizens are not able to list the five freedoms declared by the founder easily.
