Back to the news, I do not condone such attacks on civilians even if they were Israelis who elected an apartheid occupational government. BUT I would like to stress the point that their blood isn’t more valuable than that of Palestinians’, as simple as my point seems to be, I doubt that it will get through some people’s thick skulls.
I am sorry for the pain of the dead Israelis’ families, I am sorry for the “suicide bomber” who apparently couldn’t find something better to do with his life than being a movable explosive message to a nazi-like government. I am sorry for his family and I pray that God will have mercy on his soul.
I am angry at the stupidity and cruelty of whoever convinced the kid that blowing himself up would solve anything, it would not return his beloved ones to life or feed any of his extended family. His death would not bring The Wall down nor would it persuade the International community to step in and force the US and EU to resume sending aids to starving Palestinians.
Not to sound insensitive or apathetic, but his life was worthy of a lot more than 6 Israelis; he meant the whole world to his family; his life was worthy of the entire world’s population to God.
I think you have a point. We should realize that “life” is priceless, and killing others in a fast food restaurant where children and women eat “happy meals” is not reasonable.
