The picture in my opinion symbolises that Arabs and Jews can get along. That not all Jews are "Israelis" and or Zionists. After all, Jews used to live in several Arab countries as Arab Jews and were equals. There are many Jews today that are against all the Zionist ideologies and the occupation of Palestine.
