I never imagined things to be this bad in an Arab country, let’s be honest, we’re not doing great economically but still! we always believed in the old proverb: “no one dies from hunger”. Maybe it’s time to revisit our taken-for-granted assumptions, some people do, and many are starving, fighting over bread and waiting in lines since the wee hours of the morning. One guy in the following documentary says people are using knives to threaten others into letting them have some bread loafs! what’s going on is very alarming. It’s sad to see people fighting over such a basic good like bread and to know that many people, brothers and sisters of us, can no longer afford it.
Where am I?

This is so sad ..
Uffff no matter how bad our problems are, something like this put them into perspective.
Wow to this extent? It is sad, and these people who are fighting for bread are the poor ones. So it is not like they have other choices like chicken or beef! The used to barely be able to afford bread, and now they barely can get a hold of it.
Shame on this so called democratic goverment “that’s a joke” why is there so much poverty in Egypt??????? tourism alone brings in millions who’s pocket is lined by this?????? I think a five year old child would answer this question. Egyptian should shout so loud for a new and less currupt goverment.
