lol I spent 13 years in the U.A.E so I never got to use words such as, eshi and aish.
Now that I’m in Jordan, I make sure that I say eshi and not she, aish and sho? and I always smile when I do (sometimes laugh if nobody is watching). It’s so cool, I love everything Jordanian!
Where am I?

Hi..new here, Great Blog !
yalla 3o2bal el Hassa we ghad
when I was studying in Jordan I suffered from the word “Hoon”, in Gaza we say “Hena or Hana”! and every time I say Hena my friends will ask “shoo?, what?”!… Also, the Jordanian colloquial is sometimes tough specially in Irbid! ” e.g. Haththththth = this = hada”, which I used to laugh out loud when I hear it from a Jordanian irbidawai ko7.
“wala shi ??”

Hamzeh, lol yea aish heyye el kelmeh?
i am commneting a bit( a bit only?) too late? well, i had a palestinian friend who’s lived in uae throughout her life too, and i always made sure i say “eshy” while she made sure she said “she”, although we never really commented about it, except for once when i wanted to make a change and i too smiled when i typed it.
