There’s a book titled: “Eat, Pray, Love” in which the author “Elizabeth Gilbert” tells her journey in search for everything. I didn’t read the book but I heard about on Oprah. In the book, Elizabeth says she asks herself everyday, the moment she wakes up, and she thinks everyone should (and I agree), “what do you really really really want?”
I ask myself that every now and then but now I’m trying to do it more often. Anyways, today I asked myself what do I really really really want, and the answer was that I really really really want to have beauty in my life. I want to see beauty in people and things.
I really want to see beyond people’s inexplicable meanness. I really really want to get over my disappointments and see the best in people. I think I owe it to myself that I search for beauty in everything, for my soul is craving it these days.
