Men who smoke a pack or more of cigarettes daily are 40 percent more likely to be impotent than non-smokers, according to research published in the journal Tobacco Control.
The results pointed to a significant association between smoking and erectile problems, which became stronger with increasing numbers of cigarettes smoked, a media release said.
Men who smoked 20 or fewer cigarettes a day were 24 percent more likely to report difficulties maintaining an erection. Those smoking more than a pack a day were 39 percent more likely to report erectile difficulties. [More...]
I’m glad Ireland was the first country in the world to have a smoking ban in public buildings, I hope lots of other countries follow suit.
Yeah its time to quit! these statistics should be scaring the hell out of guys lol
that is totally true and it is sad that many governments especialy in arab countries dismiss this fact althiough it can be a very strong motivator for men to quit, a very very strong motivator!

Hareega, if governments are not willing to do that for fear of losing lots of monety, people should lead in this regard and spread awareness.
well this is a “more likely” scenario. they’re also more likely to get lung cancer but that doesn’t stop them, let alone impotency.
i doubt the majority of men who smoke actually experience any problems getting an erection.

LOL .. this took me back to my trip to Ramallah last summer. L & M packs had a new label imprinted on the pack reading such warning. I can’t recall the exact text of the warning, but it was huge, in arabic and hilarious
on a serious note, smoking is bad for you! Chicago is going smoke free every where by March 2007!
